
Biography
Sanjida Moury received the Ph.D. degree from York University, Canada, in 2020 and the Master’s degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, in 2009. She completed her B. Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. She joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at Lakehead University (Georgian-Lakehead partnership program, Barrie) in 2020.
She worked as a Board Designer in Architecture Platform group in Advanced Micro Devices in 2017. She also worked in different universities in Bangladesh in various capacities. She is the member of different IEEE technical committees and conference executive committees. She is serving as an advisory board member (Award) of Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE).

Research Interests
My research focuses on the development of next-generation power electronics interfaces for green applications. This research aims to develop improved and innovative power electronics interfaces for such applications to enhance efficiency and reliability with reduced cost and size.
